Raw
Last week’s Raw, the Backlash ‘go-home’ show, drew 3.06 million viewers, which, although down from weeks prior, isn’t too bad a figure.
It was announced before this past Monday’s show that two Money in the Bank ladder match qualifiers would take place, those being Ember Moon vs. Sasha Banks vs. Ruby Riott, and Finn Bálor vs. Roman Reigns vs. Sami Zayn.
Despite this, the numbers took one ‘Helluva’ tumble. Do you get it? Because Sami Zayn does the Helluva Kick? Sorry. Back to numbers.
This week’s Raw drew a frankly awful 2.68 million viewers. That means that following Backlash, 380,000 people decided they didn’t want to tune in to Raw this week. The figure is by far Raw‘s worst performance of 2018.
It’s important to bear in mind that there was competition from the NBA playoffs, but such a significant drop, especially directly after a pay-per-view, signifies something has gone very wrong. Probably Roman Reigns.
