Amid news that one popular WWE ring announcer is out, a fan favorite from the past is reportedly backstage at tonight’s Raw.

Earlier today Raw ring announcer Samantha Irvin announced her departure from the company, but someone who recently appeared in the ring alongside her has been spotted at tonight’s show.

According to a report from PWInsider, Lilian Garcia is backstage at tonight’s WWE Raw taping in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

There is no confirmation as of yet that Garcia is ‘replacing’ Irvin, but we’ll keep you posted as updates emerge.

Garcia appeared on the May 13 episode of Raw earlier this year, doing the ring announcements for a match between GUNTHER and Kofi Kingston while Samantha Irvin did the rest of the show as usual.

Earlier today, Irvin shocked fans with a statement on social media announcing she has departed WWE.

Her fiancé Ricochet also recently finished up his contract with WWE a few months ago, and went on to debut for AEW a short time later.
