Bronson Reed was scheduled for a Triple Threat match as part of the Intercontinental Tournament on WWE Raw.
The September 2 match would have seen him face Sheamus and Ludwig Kaiser, however, a positive COVID-19 test derailed those plans.
Reed commented on the role of nature in his removal from the match, noting that ‘no man in WWE‘ can stop him.
He was replaced in the WWE Intercontinental Tournament match by none other than Braun Strowman, as can be seen in the highlights below this news story.
Reed wasn’t overly impressed with the choice of replacement, having faced Strowman the previous week on WWE Raw.
In response to the match on last night’s show, Reed tweeted:
“Wait …. so they replaced me with the “monster” I slayed last week???
“What the F…”
The August 26 episode of WWE Raw saw Braun Strowman and Bronson Reed result in a no contest with the pair brawling backstage and into the parking lot.
Reed continued to make the most of his Tsunami move last week, crushing Strowman through the roof of a car.
Wait …. so they replaced me with the "monster" I slayed last week???
