First-Time WWE Raw Match Announced

First-Time WWE Raw Match Announced WWE

A first-time ever WWE Raw match has been announced for the June 24 episode live at Indianapolis, Indiana’s Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

After finally moving past Chad Gable at WWE Clash at the Castle, Sami Zayn saw himself face-to-face with his next potential challenger for the Intercontinental Championship – Bron Breakker.

With a pile of bodies piled up in recent weeks including Ricochet, who was written off WWE TV following Breakker’s attack on June 11 – Breakker seemed to have a good claim at being next up, however, was challenged by The Celtic Warrior Sheamus, who also staked his claim for Zayn’s IC Title.

A number one contender’s bout between the two was set up, however, would end prematurely when Sheamus’ rival Ludwig Kaiser intervened – causing a DQ finish.

This led to Kaiser becoming the next to be brutally cut down by Breakker, who ran the entire ringside area to spear the German – a spot that reportedly led to some joy amongst backstage WWE officials.

As a result of this, it has now been officially announced by WWE that Breakker and Kaiser will face off one-on-one for the very first time on the June 24 edition of Raw.
