A big tag team match kicked off the action on tonight’s WWE Raw after a major challenge was already issued and accepted!
A major new challenge was accepted ahead of WrestleMania 39 in the opening segment of tonight’s WWE Monday Night Raw (March 13) leading directly into a match!
Dropping the line, “I’ve been to hell before and it spit me out because hell can’t handle my demons,” Balor accepted the the match which is likely to be announced as official later in the show.
After the Judgment Day ended the segment with a beatdown on Edge, he was joined by their future tag team opponents, Johnny Gargano and Dexter Lumis to even the odds.
Their match kicked off before the commercial break after which Dominik Mysterio and Damian Priest faced off against the aforementioned duo.
Despite the fact that Candice LeRae (Johnny Gargano’s wife) was at ringside didn’t neaturlize the ever present threat of Rhea Ripley.
With Damian Priest hitting a big South of Heaven on Dexter Lumis he then picked up with pinfall victory for the dastardly squad.
The Hell in a Cell match was confirmed as official for WrestleMania 39 although no delineation was made between Saturday or Sunday.
