Announcer Change For WWE Raw At Madison Square Garden

There was an announcer change for tonight’s March 10 episode of WWE Raw emanating from Madison Square Garden.

Tonight’s show kicked off with Jey Uso in action against A-Town Down Under’s Grayson Waller.

An interesting note during the entrances was that Mike Rome was on ring announcing duties tonight.

Rome has generally been the allocated ring announcer for NXT in recent months, with Lilian Garcia on SmackDown and Alicia Taylor on Raw.

However, Rome was actually absent from last week’s NXT, with Garcia filling in.

Uso scored the win in his match against Waller, but was attacked post-match by Waller’s tag team partner Austin Theory.

After Uso then dealt with Theory, it was GUNTHER who attacked Uso from behind ahead of their WrestleMania 41 match for GUNTHER’s WWE World Heavyweight Championship next month.

Headlining tonight’s show will be a steel cage match between CM Punk and Seth Rollins. The show will also feature New Day vs Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee in a tornado tag team match, AJ Styles calling out Logan Paul, and an appearance from WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.
