There is reportedly uncertainty among talent regarding a potential change to WWE Raw once it moves to Netflix on January 6.
On Friday (December 20) it was confirmed by WWE that SmackDown would be moving to three hours on the USA Network, beginning with the January 3 episode.
Following this change many have wondered whether WWE Raw will follow suit, with the red brand spending the past several months back as a two hour show following the signing of a short extension on their TV deal with USA Network.
With the Netflix premiere on January 6 looming, Fightful Select has shared a new update on Raw’s length once it moves to the streaming giant.
According to talent present at the final Raw taping prior to Christmas, WWE had not yet informed the roster as to how long Raw will be on Netflix.
Fightful noted that they had also received no answer from WWE regarding Raw’s length despite asking in recent months.
Despite this, one source noted that Netflix has no “hard outs”, with flexibility expected in regards to Raw’s runtime.
We will provide any further updates on WWE Raw’s length when more information becomes available.
