WWE Raw Ratings Continue To Fall

WWE Raw Ratings Continue To Fall

Ratings are not the most important thing in the world right now. It seems trivial to break down ratings in a time like this but these are the metrics by which WWE business is judged and WWE Raw is not doing well right now.

Bryan Alvarez has reported the number for the week at an average of 1.842 million viewers.

This is down from last week’s number of 1.913 million, about a 700,000 viewer drop. It is clear that fans have limited interest in empty arena wrestling. Additionally, the news is what people are watching right now and everything else is suffering because of it.

The show featured a main event segment of WWE Champion Drew McIntyre defeating Angel Garza. This is the second week in a row that McIntyre has faced someone from Zelina Vega’s stable and beaten them. He is currently set to defend his title against Seth Rollins at Money in the Bank.

The show also featured Money in the Bank qualifying matches, which saw Rey Mysterio, Aleister Black and Apollo Crews qualify for the match.

WWE continues to build towards the Money in the Bank pay per view on May 10.
