WWE Raw Ratings Down For WrestleMania Go-Home Show

The charm has officially worn off of the WWE Performance Center shows. The ratings for WWE Raw have fallen significantly despite this week’s show being the go-home show for WrestleMania.

Bryan Alvarez reported on Twitter that this week’s episode averaged 1.924 million viewers.

He also noted that the third hour of the show was down to 1.646 million viewers. Alvarez mentioned that even though there are circumstances beyond WWE’s control, this is a scary collapse. This was the final episode before WrestleMania 36 this weekend and the rating fell from last week.

Last week’s episode averaged 2.01 million viewers, about 90,000 viewers higher than this week. It goes without saying now that fans are not interested in the WWE product during the coronavirus.

This week’s show featured a number of well-received promos. The Undertaker returned to cut a promo on AJ Styles, Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar cut a promo on Drew McIntyre, and Edge cut a promo on Randy Orton.

The only high-profile match on the show was Kevin Owens and the Street Profits vs. Seth Rollins, Angel Garza, and Austin Theory. This match stands out now because of an insane bump Montez Ford took to the floor that has been making the rounds on Twitter.
