WWE Raw Star Reacts To Awkward Reunion With Former Stablemate WWE

Two members of the Brawling Brutes came face to face on WWE Raw but it wasn’t the reunion that Sheamus expected.

The July 8 episode of WWE Raw saw Bronson Reed face Pete Dunne, telling Sheamus to watch what he does to the former Butch.

Reed was able to put away Dunne, as can be seen below this news story, which brought out Sheamus to save his former WWE teammate from an attack.

With Sheamus and Reed coming brawling in the ring, a running knee from the Celtic Warrior gave Dunne the opportunity to kick back at Reed before the big man was sent out of the ring.

The Brawling Brutes WWE reunion was cut short after Dunne pushed Sheamus away during an momentary embrace.

Dunne looked less than happy as he backed away from Sheamus who was trying to understand what had just happened.

Tweeting about the encounter after WWE Raw, Sheamus noted:

“Well… That was weird. 🤔”

With it being revealed that Dunne’s tag team partner Tyler Bate has been sidelined with an injury, it remains to be seen what the future holds for Dunne.

The Brawling Brutes didn’t officially break up as a trio despite Sheamus’ injury seeing him away from screens from August 2023.

Butch and Ridge Holland would continue as a team until November 2023 with Butch returning to his Pete Dunne name in early 2024 and Holland later joining Chase University in WWE NXT.
