WWE Raw is set to kick off its season premiere on October 10 with a celebration of the 25th anniversary of DX.
While previously announced, some additional details have been revealed regarding the Degeneration X celebration set for an upcoming edition of WWE Raw.
The group was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2019.
The previous announcement of the celebration didn’t reveal the lineup for the reunion.
Triple H, Shawn Michaels and ‘Road Dogg’ Brian James all currently work for WWE, as the Chief Content Officer, Senior Vice President of Talent Development Creative and Senior Vice President of Live Events respectively.
Notably, Billy Gunn is currently very much involved with All Elite Wrestling, both on and off screen.
The October 10th edition is also notably the aftermath of WWE’s premium live event, Extreme Rules.
Also announced for the episode, the return of Roman Reigns to WWE Raw.
While this episode has already been announced to include the DX reunion, there is some precedent for a little something else to occur on or around this time.
In past years, the WWE draft occurs on or around the ‘season premiere’ of the WWE Raw and SmackDown.
