WWE Raw Stars Advertised For SmackDown At Madison Square Garden

Two WWE Raw stars have now been advertised for this Friday’s edition of SmackDown, which will emanate from Madison Square Garden.

WWE will next visit the world-famous arena on June 28, with an episode of SmackDown set to be taped in MSG.

Raw stars The Miz and R-Truth are now being advertised for the upcoming event.

It’s currently not specified whether the duo will appear on the main show, or if they are just planned for dark matches or the WWE Speed taping that will take place either before or after the live SmackDown episode.

The Miz and R-Truth suffered a major loss on Monday’s episode of Raw, dropping their WWE World Tag Team Championship to Finn Balor and JD McDonagh.

They were the first holders of this iteration of the title, with the World Tag Team Championship replacing the Raw Tag Team Title which The Miz and R-Truth won at WrestleMania 40.

The upcoming episode of SmackDown will deal with the fallout from last week’s show, with Jacob Fatu joining Solo Sikoa’s version of the Bloodline.

Damian Priest vs Jey Uso for the World Heavyweight Championship is advertised as the main event at MSG for after SmackDown itself goes off the air.
