Johnny Gargano Reflects On Recent WWE In-Ring Return

A WWE star has reflected on their recent in-ring return.

On the August 22 edition of WWE Raw, Johnny Gargano made his return after nine months away following his WWE contract expiring and the birth of his first child.

Gargano has been working his way back into form in bouts against The Alpha Academy and Austin Theory. Despite his first matches back being well-received, Johnny Wrestling doesn’t exactly feel the same.

The former NXT triple crown winner took to Twitter to reflect on his first weeks back in WWE, tweeting:

“I feel like I’m slowly getting my groove back but I’m not truly at the top of my game just yet, but if you’re new to my work or have supported me from day one, this is just a quick shout to all of you that have my back out there. I hear ya and I’m truly grateful for y’all!”

Johnny Gargano has been feuding with Austin Theory and pulled off a victory over Mr. Money In The Bank on the October 10 season premiere edition of Raw.

This win is definitely the biggest for Gargano since making the jump to the main roster.
