A WWE Raw star, who has caused quite a stir with recent comments, has taken to social media to declare “no-one gives a s**t about talent”.
Mustafa Ali, the leader of RETRIBUTION, has again gotten Twitter talking with a response to a fan asking why the members of his group don’t get rid of their silly masks and names.
Responding to a tweet that asked:
@AliWWE Why the names for the others? I think casting out the names, the masks, etc. would take the group’s appearance out of the “cartoony” feeling. Your message on legends night is something I’ve been saying for years.
Ali replied:
Why? Because I wanted to prove that how you look and what your name is matters in this company and to “fans”. No one gives a s**t about talent.
After being booked very poorly on Raw for what seemed like forever, RETRIBUTION has been on the up in more recent times with wins over Ricochet and/or Xavier Woods for each member of the group.
Except poor RECKONING, whose last match was a loss to Nikki Cross on Main Event taped December 28.
