Two WWE stars are not happy with the work of Raw General Manager Adam Pearce in recent weeks, and have continued to voice their frustrations.
Back in late June, the New Day’s Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods lost the World Tag Team Championship to Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and JD McDonagh on WWE Raw.
Since then, New Day have been in a state of “mourning,” not just over the loss of the championship, but over the tag team division in general.
The latest development hasn’t exactly helped, as the new team of AJ Styles and Dragon Lee won the World Tag Team Championship from Judgment Day on WWE Raw last week.
Xavier Woods has already gone on some tirades, and now Kofi Kingston is taking aim at Adam Pearce as well.
In one of Woods’ videos criticizing the decision to give Styles and Lee a tag team match in the first place, he was on a boat in Italy, as he’s been on holiday for a couple of weeks.
In response to the video, Pearce simply responded, “I hope your boat sinks.”
Kofi Kingston, not happy with Pearce’s comment, has now replied:
This is proof positive that this man is NOT an unbiased party, when he should be. But “love somebody”
Can’t even take his own advice. #BaldHeadedTyrant #BaldHeadedHypocrite
Woods himself also responded to Pearce, writing:
I call you out for your mismanagement of the art that I love.
Rather than accepting the criticism and doing better you decide to wish harm upon me, a 15 year decorated @wwe veteran.
Clearly you are unfit to be general manager.
Pearce then replied to Woods:
Says a man on a gondola, vacation complaining, all whining no winning. Clearly you are unfit to talk s**t. See ya when you come back to work. 😘
And in response to that, Kingston wrote:
He’s also using profanity on this social medium. Terrible example of a leader. He should fine himself.
It appears Woods will be absent from WWE Raw for another week, before making his return at the start of November.
