Blair Davenport Breaks Silence After WWE Release WWE

Blair Davenport has now broken her silence following her WWE release, sharing a hint about what’s next for her.

Davenport was one of several WWE names let go by the company on Friday (February 7). The now-former SmackDown star has taken to social media to share her first message following her departure.

Davenport – who has re-adopted her pre-WWE name Bea Priestley – has now Taken to Twitter to reference a previous moniker.

She tweeted:

This was one of Priestley’s nicknames when wrestling in Japan for the likes of STARDOM. ‘Top Gaijin’ is also the name of Priestley’s AEW theme, where she wrestled from the company’s inception in 2019 until her release in August 2020.

Priestley joined WWE in June 2021. She initially debuted on the NXT UK brand as Blair Davenport, before moving to the US-based NXT brand in August 2022.

She was called up to the main roster in the April 2024 WWE Draft, joining SmackDown where she wrestled six televised matches ahead of her release.
