WWE Releases New John Cena Heel Shirt After Raw Promo

WWE Releases New John Cena Heel Shirt After Raw Promo WWE

WWE Shop has released a new John Cena shirt following his heel promo on today’s Raw in Glasgow, Scotland (March 24).

For the second straight week on Raw, John Cena took to the microphone to open the show and once again launched a scathing attack on the “pathetic” WWE audience.

While recalling his past mistreatment from fans, dating back to 2005 and his introduction of the spinner WWE Championship, Cena said that he was going to get payback by “ruining wrestling”, revealing his plans to retire with that same title after he wins it for the 17th time at WrestleMania 41

Cena said:

“I will win that championship and retire with it. I am taking it home with me, and leaving all of you to create a brand new toy belt, because the real one comes home with me! I will be the last real champion in WWE!”

Following Cena’s promo WWE Shop has now released a new Cena shirt featuring the “Last Real Champion” line.

The design, which you can see below, features a similar look to his famous ‘Rise Above Hate’ shirt he wore in 2012, with the description referencing Cena’s current heel run.

The description reads:

For those loving every second of the John Cena heel era, line up to salute the WWE legend on his farewell tour by sporting the Last Real Champion T-Shirt.

You will definitely be seen by the WWE Universe in swag that makes an emphatic statement about your John Cena fandom. Hustle to grab this classic crew neck tee to show your loyalty and respect to an icon.

Aside from Cody Rhodes who confronted Cena in the ring following his promo, it appears another WWE star has taken issue with a particular line from the 16-time world champion’s promo – for full details click here.
