A released WWE star has made their in-ring return on the independent scene, following their recent WWE departure.
Former NXT star Jakara Jackson was part of the May 2 round of talent cuts, released after almost three years as an active wrestler with the company.
With the released star trained by WWE following her signing in 2021, Jackson – now Mara Sadé – has now wrestled her first match on the independent scene.
Sadé returned to the ring on Friday (June 27), competing at a 4th Rope Wrestling event in Paris, France.
Sadé scored a victory during this show, teaming with Tiara James to defeat JGU & Rhio.
The former NXT star has now taken to Twitter to address this appearance, confirming that she created her new entrance music.
She wrote:
Just debuted on the Indy scene in Paris AND my official theme song ‘Find yoself’ by yours trulyyy #gogettertilthedeathofme
