WWE Releases Details On Dividend For Shareholders WWE

WWE has declared its quarterly dividend for stockholders for Q1 2022 in advance of the quarterly earnings report next week.

Per their press release on the subject, WWE stated:

WWE Declares Quarterly Dividend

STAMFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– WWE (NYSE: WWE) announced that its Board of Directors today declared the Company’s regular quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share for all Class A and B shares of common stock. The record date for the dividend will be June 15, 2022 and the payment date will be June 27, 2022.

As previously reported WWE will have its quarterly earnings call to coincide with the release of its Q1 earnings report on May 5, 2022.

The most recent WWE financial results report was shared on February 3, and featured results from the 2021 fourth quarter, and full year. It was revealed that the company revenue was $310.3 million for the fourth quarter, with WWE reporting increased revenue of $1.095 billion for the full year. You can read more at this link.
