WWE Releases List Of 5 Stars Who ‘Will Be Champions’ In 2021

WWE has taken to its social media and official website to release a list in video form of five stars who “will be champions” in 2021.

Obviously, it’s not like they’re giving spoilers away and these are basically just predictions so don’t expect all of this to actually happen, but it’s interesting to take a look at anyway.

First on the list is Peyton Royce, who is currently on the Raw brand. Since being split from Billie Kay in October, she hasn’t really done anything apart from an attempted tag team with Lacey Evans, but we do know that the writers believe she could do more.

Second was Dominik Mysterio, who debuted at SummerSlam last year against Seth Rollins and has had several matches since then, although none since the battle royal on the Survivor Series pre-show. A specific comparison was made to Randy Orton and how he climbed the ranks at such a young age.

The next name came from NXT in the form of Kyle O’Reilly. O’Reilly had a breakout singles match at TakeOver 31 in October against Finn Balor for the NXT Title, and they’ll be having a championship rematch at New Year’s Evil this coming Wednesday.

Unsurprisingly, the impressive Bianca Belair also made the list. She was a standout in NXT and does seem to be getting used better on the main roster now than she was initially.

And finally, as you probably guessed by WWE’s thumbnail, Riddle was touted as a future champion too. He’s been working in a tag team with Jeff Hardy recently but WWE has been working towards him challenging Bobby Lashley for the United States Title.
