Full list of WWE stars released: Cedric Alexander, Akam, Rezar, Paul Ellering, Sonya Deville, Blair Davenport, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, Giovanni Vinci, Isla Dawn, Elektra Lopez.
PWInsider has confirmed that Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson of the Good Brothers have been released by WWE.
Gallows and Anderson returned to WWE in 2022, following their previous stint with the company from 2016-2020. The duo’s most recent televised match saw them lose to Hank Walker & Tank Ledger on the September 24, 2024 edition of NXT.
Anderson has been out of action due to an injury since October, and announced in late-December that he was expecting to be on the shelf for ‘six or seven months’.
Gallows’ last match of any kind saw him defeat Giovanni Vinci in a dark match at the December 13 SmackDown taping. This was also Vinci’s final match with the company.
Giovanni Vinci has also been released, per Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful. Vinci signed with WWE in 2017 following his debut in the previous year’s Cruiserweight Classic tournament.
In addition to this, Isla Dawn has seemingly announced her departure on her Instagram Story, writing:
“Here for a good time not a long time. See you in 90”
Dawn had been with WWE since 2018, notably competing in that year’s Mae Young Classic tournament.
We will continue to provide updates on the situation as they become available.
