A WWE star could be removed from the lineup of their Money in the Bank ladder match ahead of the July 1 premium live event.

Ahead of the London, England show, WWE has held qualifying matches to determine the competitors who will compete for the men’s and women’s Money in the Bank briefcases.

While Bayley has already earned her way into the women’s ladder match, her spot may be in jeopardy on next week’s edition of SmackDown.

On the June 23 episode, Bayley will face off against Shotzi, with her spot in the Money in the Bank ladder match on the line.

Shotzi issued a challenge for this match on Friday’s (June 16) show, with IYO SKY accepting on Bayley’s behalf.

There has been some dissension between Bayley and SKY in recent weeks, ahead of a rumored Damage CTRL split.

IYO SKY is also set to compete in the Money in the Bank ladder match. As of writing, Bayley, SKY, Becky Lynch, Zelina Vega and Zoey Stark have qualified for the women’s bout.
