WWE has removed the missionary position line from Roman Reigns’ promo on YouTube.
On the most recent episode of SmackDown, Reigns said John Cena is like the missionary position every night. The line got a mighty response from fans in the building and online. However, WWE is supposed to be a family show.
In the edited YouTube version, the clip cuts just as Reigns is getting to the line. It skips over the line in question and goes to the end of Reigns’ promo and Finn Balor’s eventual entrance. This was also Reigns’ first proper promo in front of a live crowd since the return of fans last week.
Balor now appears to be Reigns’ next challenger for the Universal Championship. A match between them has not been officially announced but the reported plan has always been for Reigns to face John Cena at SummerSlam.
