WWE officially renamed two of their NXT stars on tonight’s (April 19) episode of NXT 2.0, with them appearing to drop their old team name.
The show opened up with new NXT Tag Team Champions Pretty Deadly cutting a promo, when they were interrupted by James Drake and Zack Gibson of Grizzled Young Veterans… or so it seemed.
Gibson and Drake were instead introduced as, well, just that, ‘Gibson and Drake’. No mention of the term ‘Grizzled Young Veterans’ or the names ‘Zack’ and ‘James’ were made on the show, seemingly revealing the duos new WWE names.
