WWE Star Helps To Rescue Two Abandoned Dogs

WWE ambassador Titus O’Neil helped to rescue two pitbull dogs while volunteering on a project away from wrestling.

Between his contributions to the Tampa community, and his work with WWE, O’Neil is just one puppy-rescue away from being the most likeable man in wrestling… oh wait, he’s now done that too.

Per FOX 13 News, O’Neil was with dozens of other volunteers packing back to school backpacks at Sligh Middle School in Tampa when two pitbull dogs wandered in this past weekend.

O’Neil and the other volunteers befriended the dogs, while O’Neil contacted Sherry Silk, Executive Director of the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.

The dogs, believed to have been abandoned, were examined by Medical Services Manager Samantha Petito. They will soon be available for adoption, and find new homes after being dumped.

O’Neil currently serves as a WWE ambassador. He received the Hall of Fame Warrior Award in 2021 for his voluntary efforts outside of the ring.

The former WWE Tag Team Champion is preparing to release a new book, Wrestling with Fatherhood, which is now available for preorder.

This book has been in the works for a while, with O’Neil first announcing that he was working on a book about fatherhood in May 2022.

Titus O’Neil is a father to two sons and a daughter. He has previously spoken about being advocate for LGBTQ rights after adopting his daughter, who’s openly gay.

The former WWE Tag Team Champion also won the 2015 MEGA Dad Award for “Celebrity Dad of the Year”.
