Rhea Ripley returned on WWE Raw as her appearance set up this year’s women’s WarGames match for WWE Survivor Series.
To open tonight’s WWE Raw, there was a showdown between several evolving storylines from the women’s division that led to a major reveal.
Liv Morgan welcomed fans to ‘Monday Night Morgan’ as she and Raquel Rodriguez would go on to introduce Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton and Candice LeRae.
After Jax said she doesn’t care for Morgan or Rodriguez – specifying that she doesn’t ‘dislike’ them – she called out three women she does dislike in Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill and Naomi.
Belair, Cargill and Naomi then brought out an ally of their own as IYO SKY joined them on the stage.
As they headed to the ring, Morgan pointed out that there were still only four of them compared to the five heels already in the ring.
Then, Rhea Ripley’s music hit and she would stand alongside the babyfaces and came face-to-face with Morgan.
Simply shouting, “War Games!” Ripley then headbutted Morgan to initiate a five-on-five brawl.
In the end, it was Team Rhea, Bianca, Jade, IYO and Naomi who stood tall ahead of the showdown at the end of this month.
WWE Survivor Series WarGames is set for November 30, 2024 from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
