Kevin Owens temporarily had a new tag team partner on a recent WWE SmackDown and that man has appeared at an ROH taping.
The September 13 episode of WWE SmackDown saw Owens and a “mystery partner” taking on A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory & Grayson Waller).
Owens’ tag team partner would be revealed as Ricky until it was revealed that Randy Orton had arrived for the show.
Ricky’s services would be dispensed off by a Stunner from Owens as the match got underway with a victory for RKOwens.
It’s not all bad news for Ricky, though, as he’s now made an appearance during the ROH tapings that took place on October 8, 2024.
As can be seen in the tweet below this news story, Ricky appeared at the Spokane tapings for ROH on HonorClub.
Ricky Gibson teamed with Eddie Pearl (Midnight Heat) to take on the team of Mason Madden & Mansoor (MxM Collection).
Midnight Heat have previously competed in a dark match on AEW Dynamite, teaming with Sid Sylum in a losing effort against The Dark Order (Alex Reynolds, Evil Uno & John Silver) on May 15 2024.
