A new update has emerged regarding the return of Roman Reigns to WWE programming.

Last being seen on the WWE Raw after WrestleMania 41 on April 21, a new update has now emerged regarding Roman Reigns’ return.

According to WrestleVotes on Twitter, Reigns’ WWE return is “on the horizon”, with his name recently appearing internally within the company in recent weeks:

It seems that time of year again—Roman Reigns’ return is on the horizon.

Sources indicate his name has popped up internally in recent weeks, typically signaling the wheels are in motion for a return heading into the biggest party of the summer.

Reigns’ last WWE appearance ended with him being laid out by the Paul Heyman-managed Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker – the night after Reigns’ former Wiseman stabbed both him and CM Punk in the back at WrestleMania 41.

Rollins has mentioned Reigns’ name in promos on several occasions amid his absence from TV, suggesting the pair may resume their feud when “The OTC” returns, however, there’s not yet confirmation that this will be the case.
