WWE Royal Rumble 2022 Date & Location Revealed

A new report from the St Louis Post-Dispatch looks to have revealed the date and location for WWE Royal Rumble 2022.

Considering it’s a report from the St Louis Post-Dispatch, you guessed it, the pay-per-view is set to take place in St Louis, Missouri.

Specifically, the Rumble is set for the Dome at America’s Center, with over 40,000 fans expected to be in attendance.

According to the report, the show is set to take place on January 29, which comes after some rumours that suggested it may have taken place in February. It’s notable that January 29, 2022 is actually a Saturday.

Tishaura Jones, Mayor of St Louis, stated:

“St Louis has the best sports scene in the country, and Royal Rumble will enhance it even more. This event is an incredible opportunity for our city, bringing WWE fans from across the nation to St Louis and helping keep our downtown vibrant during the winter season.”

John P Saboor, WWE’s Executive Vice President of Special Events, said:

“Our decision to present the Royal Rumble at the Dome is a powerful reminder of a special relationship built over decades with WWE and St. Louis.”

The report points out two St Louisan hometown heroes as current Raw Tag Team Champion Randy Orton, and current 24/7 Champion Reggie.
