The match planned to kick off tonight’s WWE Royal Rumble 2025 PLE has been revealed as one of the titular matches will be first.
One of the 2025 Royal Rumble matches will begin tonight’s show says one report ahead of showtime.
According to PWInsider Elite, the Women’s Royal Rumble match is planned to start off tonight’s event in Indianapolis, Indiana at 6pm ET.
The match is set to feature the return of Charlotte Flair, with other big names confirmed including Bayley, Liv Morgan, Bianca Belair, IYO SKY and Nia Jax.
It’s also been confirmed by WWE that there will be “at least one to two” NXT stars appearing in the women’s Rumble.
Elsewhere tonight, men’s 2025 Royal Rumble match is set to feature the likes of John Cena, CM Punk, Roman Reigns and more.
The Undisputed WWE Championship will also be on the line tonight as Cody Rhodes looks to defend the title against Kevin Owens in a ladder match.
Also, a two-out-of-three falls match for the WWE Tag Team Championship between champions DIY and challengers the Motor City Machine Guns is set for the WWE Royal Rumble 2025 PLE.
