Former Champion Calls Out WWE For Leaving Him Off Royal Rumble Ads WWE

Former WWE Champion Kofi Kingston has called out WWE for not including him on advertising for this weekend’s Royal Rumble event.

With the highly anticipated WWE Premium Live Event slated for this weekend, there’s a lot of buzz surrounding the two titular Royal Rumble matches.

With host city Indianapolis, Indiana sporting numerous banners for Royal Rumble 2025, Kofi Kingston has now reacted to not being featured on these graphics.

Sharing a video of several of these banners on Twitter, the WWE star wrote:

The disrespect is unconscionable.

I don’t care if I haven’t won it. When someone says “Royal Rumble”, you think of me.

I should be on every single #royalrumble ad until the end of time.

And you still don’t understand why we are the way we are…

Kofi Kingston wowed WWE fans for over a decade of elimination escapes in Rumble matches, using everything from the ringside barricade to commentators’ chairs to find inventive ways of staying in the match.

Kingston and Xavier Woods have been receiving negative reactions from nearly everyone on WWE TV after turning their backs on Big E in December 2024.

Big E was recently confirmed for a notable Marvel Studios project, click here to read more.
