WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event UK Broadcast Update

There has been an update on the UK broadcast of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 14.

For the first time since 2008, Saturday Night’s Main Event will return to WWE on December 14, emanating from the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, NY.

The event already has three big title matches announced for it, with Cody Rhodes defending his Undisputed WWE Championship against Kevin Owens, Liv Morgan vs. IYO SKY for the Women’s World Championship and GUNTHER taking on Finn Balor for the World Heavyweight Championship.

The show is set to air in the United States on NBC, however, there has been more uncertainty regarding what network would air it in the United Kingdom.

With the WWE Network scheduling a rerun of NXT TakeOver Chicago II in the 1AM GMT time slot that Saturday Night’s Main Event is due to air, we now have confirmation of where UK viewers can tune in to watch the show live.

As announced via the WWE UK Twitter account (see below), Saturday Night’s Main Event will air live on WWE’s official YouTube channel at 1AM GMT.

As previously reported, WWE Network subscribers recently received emails informing them of the streaming service’s closure on January 1 ahead of WWE’s move to Netflix.

Yesterday (December 4), saw the announcement of another edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event in San Antonio, TX on January 25.

While one would assume that show will also air in the UK on WWE’s YouTube channel we will provide further updates when an announcement is made.
