WWE star Sheamus has fired back at his next opponent following a couple of weeks out of action after a defeat to GUNTHER.
Having beaten Sheamus, Kofi Kingston and Jey Uso, GUNTHER is heading to the King & The Queen of the Ring in Saudi Arabia.
It was the Imperium leader’s win over Sheamus that Ludwig Kaiser brought up backstage on WWE Raw before GUNTHER faced Uso. Kaiser said:
“I personally just hope that Jey Uso will take the loss better than Sheamus did.
“You remember? Sheamus? The guy who used to fight? The guy who used to let his fists do his talking for him?
“The last time Sheamus used his fists, he used them to pound down on the keyboard of his computer at home because it turns out that your legendary Celtic Warrior is nothing but a keyboard warrior.
“So, let me tell you the absolute truth about Sheamus. Sheamus’ career is going (one of) two ways from here- either, he’s going to stay home and protect his legacy or he’s actually going to dare to come back just for Ludwig Kaiser to put him down.”

As can be seen from the footage below this news story, Gunther was able to defeat Jey Uso in the King of the Ring semi-final match on the May 20 episode of WWE Raw.
Following Kaiser’s challenge to Sheamus, the Celtic Warrior responded on Twitter, referencing the band Kaiser Chiefs, tweeting:
“Stick to being Goonther’s coat rack Kaiser chief.. that pigeon chest of yours is gonna have ten beats drilled into it. #ipredictariot 👊🏻”
Gunther will face the winner of the Randy Orton vs Tama Tonga match on the May 24 episode of WWE SmackDown.
