WWE Star Sheamus Fires Shots At Drew McIntyre

Sheamus has returned to WWE with a new look that has caught the attention of his former best friend, Drew McIntyre.

On the April 22 episode of WWE Raw, Sheamus and McIntyre came face-to-face, with the returning star commenting on his McIntyre’s WrestleMania 40 performance.

In response, as can be seen in the footage below this story, McIntyre said:

“Okay, before you were injured, it was banger after banger after banger.

“But, since you’ve returned, it looks to me like it’s been burger after burger after burger.”

Sheamus has leaned into the comment recently, suggesting that he should be known as “Burger King” when he becomes a two-time King of the Ring winner on May 25 in Saudi Arabia.

He recently threw shade in the direction of Drew McIntyre, as can be seen from the tweet below, stating:

“A few weeks back, Drew achieved the biggest moment of his career, nay life!

“He was awarded the Slammy for having higher screen time on social media than your average teenage girl.. he also wears a skirt 👍🏻#myhero”

The return of the Celtic Warrior was met by disrespectful comments on social media about his appearance which Sheamus responded to.
