WWE Wants To Sign More ‘High Quality’ Stars

WWE Wants To Sign More ‘High Quality’ Stars WWE

An intriguing update has emerged on WWE recruitment, following the announcement that Dragon Lee will be joining the company.

During the December 28 AAA Noche De Campeones event, Dragon Lee announced that he had signed with WWE, moments after winning the AAA Tag Team Championship with Dralistico.

Both Triple H and WWE have officially confirmed the news, touting the luchador as a high profile signing.

WrestleVotes now reports that Lee appears to be the first of a number of ‘standout’ stars WWE has plans to work with.

Noting that WWE wants to add more high quality names to their roster in the new year, WrestleVotes tweeted:

“I’m told WWE is hopeful the signing of Dragon Lee is just the start of “standout” talent agreeing to terms (with) the company.

“Hearing Triple H & crew have expectations to land other high quality names early in 2023.”

Since Triple H took over creative in July as the company’s Chief Content Officer, numerous released WWE stars have re-joined the company.

Dragon Lee is being presented as one of WWE’s biggest new acquisitions under the Triple H regime.

We will continue to provide updates on new WWE signings as they become available.
