WWE Close To Signing Three European Wrestlers

Updates have emerged on several WWE signings following the WWE UK tryout which took place earlier this year.

It was previously reported that WWE has “significant interest” in signing Spanish talent Zozaya following his performance at the March 2025 tryout in London, England, and are “pursuing” him.

Cultaholic later reported that both French masked wrestler Aigle Blanc, and Belgian free-agent Mike D Vecchio appear to be WWE-bound.

Fightful Select has provided an update on all of these names, confirming that Blanc and D Vecchio are “on the verge of being signed.”

The report noted that Zozaya is also now expected to sign with WWE in September.

Fightful had previously reported that talent hired from this tryout are expected to start with the company in September.

Fightful Select noted that in addition to these three names, “at least one more” talent is expected to be signed by WWE.

Sources indicated to Fightful that these three stars’ contracts will be handled by James Amner.

It was previously noted that sources close to Zozaya told Fightful that the Madrid born star is set to finish University in June this year, while the belief within WWE is that any talent signed from the tryout would begin with the company in September.
