Former NJPW and STARDOM star Giulia has officially finished up with Marigold in Japan, ahead of starting with WWE.
With it reported back in April that Giulia would be reporting to the WWE Performance Center after helping Rossy Ogawa to launch his new Marigold promotion, there had been a lot of speculation about Giulia’s WWE in-ring debut.
It was later announced that Giulia would be finishing up in Japan after a farewell gauntlet match, where she would wrestle a number of stars for one minute each.
This match took place on Sunday (August 25), with Giulia bidding farewell to former rivals and teammates before heading stateside.
Facing off against the Marigold roster, the match was an entertaining one, with Victoria Yuzuki even scoring a pinfall over Giulia during their one-minute showdown.
Giulia last wrestled Utami Hayashishita in the gauntlet match, the woman she teamed with during her first match in Marigold in May.
You can view clips from after the match below.
Giulia made her first WWE appearance at the NXT Stand & Deliver premium live event in April, being shown in the crowd during the show.
Giulia has now made admitted something hilarious about this appearance, which you can read more about right here.
Giulia's run in Japan is now officially over, with the popular star now set to join #WWE!
