WWE has reportedly made a new signing as independent wrestler Christian Casanova is set to join the company.
Fightful Select (subscription required) reported today that Casanova has signed a deal with WWE and will be joining an upcoming Performance Center class. The report also states that they have had their eye on Casanova for a while. They do not specify how long.
Christian Casanova has been wrestling for seven years. He has primarily worked in the northeastern United States. He has worked for promotions such as Beyond Wrestling, GCW, and EVOLVE.
The report also mentioned that WWE has resumed signing talent as usual. They had stopped for a few months during the pandemic but are now back in full swing. This has been seen with the signings in WWE’s latest Performance Center class.
