A former WWE star was backstage at AEW Dynamite on February 8 as confirmed by a post on their own Twitter account.
Cinta De Oro Jr was known to WWE fans as Sin Cara (or Hunico) and debuted on SmackDown in August 2011.
He would remain with WWE until his release in December 2019 having felt that he was underappreciated by the company.
He would return to Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, initially as Sin Cara, before changing his name to Cinta de Oro, which translates as Golden Ribbon.
Cinta De Oro Jr shared photos on his own Twitter account, thanking AEW for their hospitality and tagging Penta El Zero M, Claudio Castagnoli and Vickie Guerrero in the post.

The original Cinta de Oro passed away in 2016 and the sons of the original would grant the real-life Jose Arraiga Rodriguez permission to use the name and the last mask worn by Cinta de Oro.
In his time in WWE, Sin Cara held the NXT Tag Team Championship with Kalisto.
