The February 14, 2025, episode of WWE SmackDown is set to have a change on the commentary team thanks to Valentine’s Fight Night.

With the Valentine’s Day episode of WWE SmackDown emanating from the Capital One Arena in Washington DC, Joe Tessitore will be elsewhere as ESPN presents a live boxing event headlined by Berinchyk vs. Keyshawn taking place on the same day.

The boxing event, which sees the undercard fights start at 5 pm ET on ESPN+ takes place at The Theater at Madison Square Garden

ESPN confirmed that Tessitore would be part of the commentary team for the Valentine’s Fight Night event where Berinchyk makes his first WBO lightweight world championship defense against Keyshawn.

The main event for the fight night event takes place at 9 pm ET with WWE SmackDown airing on USA Network from 8PM ET.

Tessitore isn’t the only voice calling the action on February 14, being joined by Timothy Bradley, Jr., Mark Kriegel, and Bernardo Osuna.

With Michael Cole and Pat McAfee returning to WWE Raw on January 6, Tessitore and Wade Barrett took the role as SmackDown commentators on February 10, 2025.

The February 14, 2025, episode of WWE SmackDown will feature two Elimination Chamber Qualifying Matches ahead of the March 1 PLE.

Attempting to secure a spot in the Men’s Elimination Chamber match, Damian Priest, Braun Strowman and Jacob Fatu face each other in a Triple Threat.

Naomi and Chelsea Green will face each other for a chance to join Liv Morgan, Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss and Bayley in the Women’s Elimination Chamber match.

Elsewhere on the card, Tiffany Stratton will defend her WWE Women’s Championship against Nia Jax.
