NXT Call Up Ready For SmackDown In-Ring Debut WWE

A recently drafted from NXT star is ready for his main roster debut, putting his opponent tonight on notice ahead of WWE SmackDown.

Ahead of tonight’s WWE SmackDown (May 12) Cameron Grimes has re-introduced himself a bit after last week’s backstage debut.

While Grimes debuted in a backstage segment with Adam Pearce last week, he was quickly interrupted by Baron Corbin to set up their match for tonight.

With the match made, Grimes is ready to take SmackDown “to the moon,” he says in the clip, suggesting that he is keeping to that aspect of his NXT gimmick.

Ahead of tonight’s show, we now know how WWE perceives the top stars of the brand’s male roster.
