SmackDown Star Reposts Fans Criticizing Their WWE Booking WWE

A WWE star has reacted to fans criticising their booking, following the star losing a big match ahead of WrestleMania 41.

WrestleMania challengers for the Women’s Tag Team Championship were determined in a Gauntlet match on the April 11 SmackDown episode.

Bayley and Lyra Valkyria ultimately went wire to wire, defeating the teams of Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark, Natalya & Maxxine Dupri, Kayden Carter & Katana Chance, B-Fab & Michin and Piper Niven & Alba Fyre

Kayden Carter has now reacted to several Twitter posts showing support for her and questioning WWE’s treatment of her team with Chance.

Carter responded with a “😔” emoji to a Twitter user who wrote:

“These two were the ONLY real tag team in that whole gauntlet and they lost a opportunity at wrestlemania to a tag team that formed in a week btw”

She retweeted posts with similar sentiments from other Twitter users, including the following messages:

“It’s so sad how Kayden Carter and Katana Chance are treated. They always have the best performance in every match they have”

“you have a tag team of this level of talent & decide to eliminate them just like that in 2 minutes, this gauntlet is so damn lazy”

“Y’all always talk about pops but never talk about the quality of the match… katana and kayden are capable of having an amazing match and gaining fans with loud pops but how is that possible if they’re barely getting booked???”

Carter’s last televised win saw her on the victorious side of a 10-woman tag-team match on the October 7, 2024 Raw episode.
