The viewership figures for last night’s SmackDown spell bad news for WWE and FOX.
According to ShowBuzzDaily, last night’s show drew 2.442 million viewers, which is a 456,000 drop from last week’s 2.898 million.
To compare to the premiere of SmackDown on FOX two weeks ago, that show drew 3.869 million.
Don’t expect things to get any better next week, either, as SmackDown will air live on FS1 due to the World Series.
Here’s how this week’s other shows did:
- WWE Raw (USA Network) – 2.28 million
- WWE NXT (USA Network) – 712,000
- AEW: Dynamite (TNT) – 1.014 million
- WWE SmackDown (FOX) – 2.442 million
