Change To WWE SmackDown Ahead Of King & Queen Of The Ring

A reminder of a change for today’s Friday, May 24 episode of WWE SmackDown ahead of the King & Queen of the Ring PLE.

King & Queen of the Ring takes place on Saturday, May 25, with Friday being the go-home episode of SmackDown.

The May 24 episode of WWE SmackDown will see the last semi-finals of the King & Queen of the Ring tournaments.

Randy Orton will take on Tama Tonga, with the winner going on to face GUNTHER at the May 25 PLE.

Nia Jax takes on Bianca Belair, with the winner heading to the Queen of the Ring final to face Lyra Valkyria.

As recently reported, the winners of each tournament final will receive a championship match at WWE SummerSlam on August 3, 2024.

For those wanting to catch tonight’s semi-finals, and the other matches on the go-home WWE SmackDown, there’s been a schedule change.

The May 24 episode of WWE SmackDown airs live at 6pm UK time across a number of regions with the show broadcasting from the Jeddah Super Dome in Saudi Arabia.

For United States viewers, it’ll air at 8pm ET, meaning that it’s being broadcast on a delay similar to that which happened for the SmackDown before WWE Backlash in France.

Bayley vs Chelsea Green is also set for SmackDown today.
