Ahead of the tonight’s September 13 episode, a change has been announced for the WWE SmackDown premiere on USA Network.
The September 13 edition of Friday Night SmackDown will serve the first broadcast back on the USA Network after five years on Fox.
The company is loading up for tonight’s season premiere on USA and the show airing during WWE week for the network.
Before tonight’s program, SmackDown GM Nick Aldis announced that the premiere episode will have the first 30 minutes commercial-free. The caption reads:

The show will feature Cody Rhodes defending the Undisputed WWE Championship against Solo Sikoa in a Steel Cage Match to kick off the broadcast.
