SmackDown Star To Shave Head After Survivor Series WarGames 2025 Pitches WWE Name

A WWE name has pitched for a SmackDown star to shave his head off the back of last night’s Survivor Series WarGames event.

Survivor Series concluded with the men’s WarGames match which saw a mystery individual climb into the cage and attack CM Punk, allowing the team of Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Brock Lesnar, Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre to defeat the team of Punk, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns and The Usos.

The big question is the identity of the mystery attacker.

WWE analyst Sam Roberts has suggested the possibility of the attacker being Sami Zayn, and it leading to an overhaul of Zayn’s character.

On his Notsam Wrestling show, Roberts said:

“Sami Zayn is a name that’s been thrown around. And there are people going, ‘I don’t know about that Sami Zayn,’ because I think people are waiting for a refresh on Sami Zayn. I think it’s time for a refresh on Sami Zayn.

“But what if Sami Zayn wasn’t so lovable? What if Sami Zayn wasn’t so everyman? What if Sami Zayn wasn’t that guy that just worked hard and, ‘Gee golly, I’m gonna get it done?’

“What if Sami Zayn shaved his head? What if Sami Zayn shaved his head and cut his beard short? He can cut his beard all the way off, but cut his beard short and shaved his head.

“And he just became somebody that was actually using what he’s got in the ring, using the tools that he’s got, to be brutal.

“What if it was no more ‘Mr Nice Guy’ Sami Zayn?

“I think there’s a version of this where Sami Zayn becomes very compelling, and I think that a refresh on Sami Zayn would be good for Sami Zayn.”

On the pre-Survivor Series episode of SmackDown, Sami Zayn led the team of himself, Shinsuke Nakamura, Rey Fenix and the Motor City Machine Guns in a traditional Survivor Series five-on-five elimination match that saw things come down to Zayn vs Sikoa, with Sikoa picking up the win.
