The 2019 edition of the biggest tournament in European wrestling 16 Carat Gold continued last night, and saw the surprise wXw return of former Ringkampf member and current WWE SmackDown star Alexander Wolfe.

- Marius Al-Ani (c) def. Alexander Wolfe – wXw Shotgun Championship
- Bobby Gunns def. Absolute Andy (c) – wXw Unified World Wrestling Championship
So in summary, Ilja Dragunov, Avalanche, WALTER and Lucky Kid all advance into the semi finals, Alexander Wolfe made a surprise return but came up short to Marius Al-Ani in a wXw Shotgun Championship open challenge, and Bobby Gunns defeated Absolute Andy to become the new wXw Unified World Wrestling Champion.
The final night, including the 16 Carat semi finals and final, will take place tonight.
