Tamina has been a part of the WWE main roster since 2010, when she debuted alongside the Usos on Raw.
She has been a part of every Women’s Royal Rumble match in her career, but we may have seen her last appearance in the match.
Nia Jax made her return to the company in this year’s Rumble match, and she spoke about her return during an appearance on Busted Open Radio.
Nia detailed being reached out for the 2022 match, which she declined, but she says that one of the things that enticed her to be a part of this year’s match was due to Tamina telling her it might be her last one.
She said:
“It’s funny because with the previous Rumble, I was not going to come back. I was asked to come back, and I was like, ‘Absolutely not.’ I wasn’t there.
“But this last one, my cousin Tamina and I talked about it and she said it might be her last one, and I was like, ‘Well, frick, if that’s going to be Tamina’s last Rumble, I definitely want to be a part of it,’ if they wanted me to be a part of it.”
