Following the August 13 WWE NXT and Level Up tapings, WWE star Dani Palmer has returned after seven months out of action.
Dani Palmer signed with WWE in 2022 and was initially viewed as a future star for the NXT brand due to her impressive athleticism.
Palmer unfortunately suffered an injury that required her to undergo double hip surgery as a result earlier this year.
At the August 13 tapings of NXT Level Up, Dani Palmer returned to in-ring action for the first time in seven months.
Per PWInsider, Palmer suffered a loss in her return against another NXT standout Jazmyn Nyx.
It remains to be seen if this bout will air on this Friday’s August 16 episode or on a future date at the time of this writing as Level Up has been taping extra matches due to an upcoming double NXT taping.
The NXT women’s division was given some direction on the August 13 episode as NXT GM Ava announced there will be a six-way eliminator on the August 20 episode to determine who will face Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Championship at No Mercy.
Several matches have been announced for the Sunday, September 1 premium live event, which you can read at this link.
