A WWE Raw star has addressed the idea of potentially facing off with World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER for the first time.
Despite falling short in his WWE Crown Jewel Championship match with Cody Rhodes on Saturday (November 2), there are few stars at the level of GUNTHER in the company right now.
Having only been pinned twice since moving from NXT to WWE’s main roster in April 2022, The Ring General knocked back many on his path to being the World Heavyweight Champion at SummerSlam in August.
One man GUNTHER has not yet met inside a WWE ring is The Final Testament’s Karrion Kross, and when a Twitter user pleaded for WWE to book a match between the two men, Kross would provide a measured response.
Kross tweeted:
I don’t want anything handed to me.
I’ll put my time in and earn it.
If a match between Kross and GUNTHER did come to fruition it would be not only their first-ever singles bout in WWE, but also their entire in-ring careers.
Kross, The Miz and the rest of The Final Testament are currently engaged in a feud with the Wyatt Sicks, with the A-Lister being ‘kidnapped’ following last week’s Raw.
